After a series of incredibly frustrating interactions with other companies, where we were presented designs which then turned out to be wildly outside of our communicated budget, we came across their budget calculator. From the outset, every experience we had with the team was fantastic - clear, concise, always answered every question, and always happy to take on board suggestions (no matter how crazy, like the ancient olive tree we had planted!)

When it came to the actual work, which was significant (driveway, patio, reshaping existing granite setts, water features, lighting and excavation of large beds), they solved problems we didn't even know we had and were incredibly flexible and collaborative with other contractors on site. We were undergoing an extensive home and garden renovation involving many contractors and The Outdoor Living Co. were by far the easiest to deal with which was a huge weight off our shoulders.
